CARROLL Insulation & Window Co., Inc. and owner Richard Carroll has been serving homeowners, contractors, and builders in the Shreveport, Bossier, and Ark-La-Tex market since 1989. He is active in the Louisiana Home Builders Association (LHBA), Louisiana Heat Pump Association (LHPA), and Air Conditioning Contractors Association of America (ACCA).
