As project manager you often deal with the paradigm that you can only control three out of four the variables Cost, Time, Quality and Scope. For example if you want something to be done in a short time frame, at a low cost and with a wide scope it is very difficult to get a high quality. However, during our work with Kah Thong I realised that he has the ability to control all variables to the benefit for our projects.
