Welcome!

You have come to the right place. Our Shiitake Mushrooms are the finest available in any market.

We grow our Shiitake Mushrooms on special substrate blocks composed of hardwood sawdust enriched with nutrients in environmentally controlled rooms. Growing Shitakes in this manner allows us to grow year round and protects the mushrooms from pest and chemicals. They are picked by hand several times a day to ensure they are fresh and immediately sorted and refrigerated.

We hand pack each order with care and ship them to you at their peak of freshness.

Our next Shiitake Mushroom Production seminar is on October 11, 2010. Find out more!
