The Pat Fox G-Defense System teaches an amazing, comprehensive defensive system that limits your opponents scoring to ridiculous low averages, builds aggressive, tough, sure tackling football teams, and, above all, wins games and championships!
The G-Defense is an 8 man front where the defensive line is responsible for one gap, the second level has two gap responsibility, and uses robber coverage as the base coverage for the secondary. The G-Defense is a pressure defense by alignment, movement, and blitz.
The G-Defense is simple in structure and easy to adjust. The G-Defense is great versus the run and puts maximum pressure on the QB when he tries to throw. It limits what the offense can game plan against you. Players and Coaches love the pressure of the G-Defense and it develops an aggressive attitude that carries over to the whole team!
The G-Defense stops the run at the point of attack with superior numbers. It defeats the pass with pressure and changing coverages. We are continually matching personnel groups on the field to gain the advantage.
The G-Defensive System currently contains 10 specific defensive packages that are easy to understand, teach, install, practice, and execute. You will find everything you need to implement this defense in our online content: base defense, stance, technique, tackling drills, practice drills, blitz schemes, terminology, diagrams, videos, webinars, and more are all just one click away on your computer.
Plus, Coach Fox is standing by to analyze your film, pass along key tips to help your coaches game plan, and provide complete, up to the minute updates on the G-Defensive System for all his members.
