The FTSE DCisions Index Series, launched in association with DCisions, reflects the asset allocation decisions made by leading UK Defined Contribution (DC) pension plans in their investment strategies.
The index series brings transparency to asset allocation decisions made by UK DC plans and provides an objective measure of the return and risk these solutions deliver to consumers.
The index series also provides benchmarks for pension plans, their advisers and service providers, in constructing and implementing default solutions on behalf of members at various points in their life cycle:
- Saving for retirement – Growth Index
- Approaching retirement – De-risking Index consisting of 3 target-dated indices at 5 year intervals
- Point of retirement – At-retirement Index
