RESOLVE defined

Sustainability - The collaborative exploration and design of enduring solutions that balance and benefit people, the environment and economies.

RESOLVE has designed and is now facilitating and serving as the secretariat for an international collaborative research project to assess the sustainability impact or benefit of natural resource certification systems such as the FSC, MSC and organics. Initiated by the Packard Foundation, Walton Family Fund, and MARS, this project is designed to inform certifiers, businesses, NGO, foundations, and government agencies.
