Juneau City Assembly

The City and Borough of Juneau is a home-rule municipality. The City and Borough of Juneau Assembly has nine members with the Mayor as presiding officer. Assemblymembers in the City and Borough of Juneau are elected on rotating three year terms at the regular municipal election held each first Tuesday in October. The Assembly's work is to set policy for the city manager to enact, as CBJ is a "city manager" form of government.

If you see a problem that needs fixing within the City and Borough, please use the "Tell it to City Hall" form, and your comments will be forwarded to the City Manager's office for appropriate department follow up.

If you would like to send an email to an individual Assemblymember from your own email account, please use the following email address format: Firstname_Lastname@ci.juneau.ak.us. To send one email to ALL members of the Assembly the same format applies with the following words being used in place of the names: Firstname = Borough and Lastname = Assembly.
