How to Shop at iGrowVeg

This is a short guide showing you how to buy an item in the shop, add it to the shopping cart and estimating delivery costs.

How to Buy an Item from our Shop

1. Categories and New Products
Click on the Categories Menu down the left hand side of the website to browse our shop and products or Click on 'New Products' to see our latest products which have been added to the collection.

2. Product Description, Price and Photos
Read the description and click on the photo's to view larger images of the products.

3. Adding an item to your Shopping Cart
If you would like to buy an item, click on the dark blue button on the item called 'Add this to my cart'. If you would like more than one item, change the Quantity from 1 to 2, 3 etc and then click on the ''Add this to my cart' button. Quantities of items can also be amended in your shopping cart. The page will automatically now show you what items are in your Shopping Cart.

4. Viewing your Shopping Cart
To view the items in your shopping cart at any time, click on the word 'Shopping Cart' or '1 item' next to the green shopping basket on the top right of the shop. In your Shopping Cart, you will be able to change the quantity, click on 'refresh' so the basket updates if you have added or removed items, you can see the total amount of the item and total of your order (without delivery charge), you can also tick the 'delete' box and click the 'delete' button to remove an item from your shopping basket.

5. Continue Shopping
In your Shopping Basket, click on the orange 'Continue Shopping' Button to add more products to your basket or continue browsing the shop. Anytime you want to view the shopping basket, click on the word 'Shopping Basket' in white at the top right of the shop.

6. Estimate Shipping
Click on the word 'Shopping Basket' in white at the top right of the shop. The Subtotal total displayed includes VAT but not delivery charges. To estimate the delivery charges to your County in the UK, click on the orange button called 'Estimated Shipping'. A pop up box will appear in a few seconds. (If the box doesn't display, close the blank pop up using the red cross to exit the pop up and try re-clicking on the orange button 'Estimated Shipping again to refresh.)

Delivery Charges
Delivery Costs depend on the weight of the item. To display shipping costs, click on your shopping basket, then click on the orange button 'Estimated Shipping' to display a pop up window. Click on the drop down list and choose the UK County i.e. Essex you wish your item to be delivered to and enter your post code in the box provided. Click on the orange 'Update' button to display the delivery cost in your area.
