delivery information

Delivery Times
The majority of all stock deliveries are achieved within 1 to 3 weekdays between 8.00am and 5.00pm. All deliveries will be carried out within a maximum of 5 working days.

No Damage Delivery
As you will appreciate bathroom sanitary-ware, showers and associated equipment are fragile and therefore we select our transport methods very carefully. Many of our deliveries are despatched directly to your home from stock on our dedicated bathroom delivery vehicles.

Delivery customer contact
Our transport and despatch department will liaise with all customers (please help my leaving both mobile and home/work contact telephone numbers) to confirm a convenient delivery date and time. Please be aware that delivery will take place between 8.00am and 5.00pm weekdays.

Delivery regions
Although we deliver daily to over 98% of our customers within the standard delivery areas of the UK there are areas which are less accessible, examples of this are the highlands and islands of Scotland, channel islands etc, we will contact you if your address is deemed to be less accessible to discuss individual requirements prior to despatch.
