Undefended Divorce – Our Fees
£299 if there are no children under 18 (e.g. 2 yr separation)
£329 if there are no children under 18 and your divorce petition is based on your spouse’s unreasonable behaviour
£349 if there are children under 18 (undisputed contact arrangements previously agreed)
£399 if there are children under 18 and your divorce petition is based on your spouse’s unreasonable behaviour.
In the unlikely event that we need to arrange for the court bailiff to serve your divorce petition personally on your spouse (because he/she refuses to cooperate), an additional fee of £80 will apply.
Any additional work not covered by the above will be charged at £160 per hour
Undefended Divorce – Other Costs – otherwise known as “Disbursements”
£340 Court fee on issue of your divorce petition
£45 Court fee on application for a decree absolute of divorce
£7-£9 Affidavit fee – this fee will very probably be higher if you reside abroad
£100 Additional court fee per person to be served if you need to apply for bailiff service of your divorce petition
