Our background:
Doublard Design is a strategic bespoke web design & development consultancy, based near Hastings, East Sussex that is in ownership of its own outsourcing offices based in Kathmandu, Nepal.
Although specialising in developing websites for the interior design industry, we are happy to provide solutions to all commercial sectors, and believe in empowering our clients to take control of their own web sites, be they brochure or ecommerce, through intuitive, user friendly Content Management Systems.
Founding Director, Marcus Doublard has core knowledge of the interior design industry, having worked for prestigious fabric house, Guy Evans Ltd in the mid-90's. As such, suppliers to this industry sector have confidence in the knowledge that they do not need to explain how it functions.

Our team:
Doublard Design is currently made up of 6 key workers, and occasionally brings in additional freelance staff if necessary to assist with larger projects. Our team is made up of 3 Graphic Designers who handle our web and print layouts and 3 programmers who take on the task of developing our database technology platforms.
Our approach:
Our main focus is to design, develop and maintain bespoke website solutions of all types and in many cases develop bespoke content management systems that empower our clients to take control of their websites through intuitive user friendly interfaces. We write all of our code in house and do not use and third party software to manage our database led websites.
We work closely with our clients to understand their objectives and build sites that increase enquiries and sales. We take pride in what we do and genuinely want our clients to make a good return on investment. We believe that every website we develop is another opportunity for us to exhibit our design and development skills and enjoy taking on each challenge. To this extent we are always happy to go the extra mile in order to ensure that the website we deliver surpasses expectations.
Throughout the course of development we make regular presentations to our clients via our demo server and ensure that all aspects are discussed and agreed upon before we carry on to the next stage. Its very important to us that we build strong relationships with our clients which will last for a number of years and work with you to fully understand your business and its requirements.
We stick to our quotations and remain flexible throughout. If during the course of development we anticipate a major change in the requirement we will discuss this with you before carrying on with further work, so that everything remains above board and transparent. Essentially we work on time versus money basis and its important to us that we advise openly and honestly regarding the time it will take to do things. We are here to help and not pull the wool over anyone's eyes. Established for more than 10 years, we remain in business because we quote realistically and feel that this is as important to our clients as delivery of the initial website.
Upon completion of a website we remain available to provide ongoing support. We are very happy to provide training on how to maintain a website through its content management system and are additionally happy to provide attractive annual support packages that will include additional development days, web and email hosting, use of our proprietary emailing marketing software, dmail with unlimited telephone and email support.
