Beautiful Birth Choices is the ‘baby’ of Christy Muscato and Julia Sittig, Doulas and Natural Childbirth Educators located and serving in Rochester, New York. Our goal is to help inform you about pregnancy, birth and post partum, empower you in your choices for birth, and support you in your birthing and parenting journey. We hope that this can be a place where doulas, educators and women and their partners can explore the fascinating world of birth, freely ask questions, reflect and share memories of birth experiences and glean insight and perspective from others.
