Kickboxing Blast

Our most popular class! This is the class that put us on the map!!ย This is a high/intensity class which consists of learning kickboxing techniques which will increase your speed and timing while punching and kicking the heavy bag. It includes an intense cardio conditioning based on plyometric movements, this class also utilizes the medicine ball and jump rope. This class ends with a powerful abdominal workout that will make you come back for more!!! (GLOVES required)

  17. This is my favorite class. It is more time for actual kickboxing and you get a great workout. Ben usually teaches the classes and I always walk out of there feeling like I got a good workout. THUMBS UP!!
