Xtreme Cardio

A high-intensity mixture of rhythm, punches, kicks, and martial art moves. Combination of boot camp and strength training. You will end this workout with an extensive abdominal workout and a super cool down…….BURN calories to the beat!!

 

 

  1. LOVE this class…its a great way to change up the bag routine by using all the same techniques and movements but in a cardio/aerobic format only. You feel it in every inch of your body and sweat away the pounds!

  3. I have been a member for atleast 8 years and I would never dream of going to another gym. The workouts are hard and fun and the instructors are friendly and motivational. I love my gym!
