spacer spacer he two closest airports to the Sierra la Rana are the Midland Odessa airport and the El Paso airport. The Midland / Odessa airport is 150 miles from Sierra la Rana and the El Paso airport is 220 miles from Sierra la Rana. Please click on the links above for detailed driving instructions.

Alpine has a regional airport for private aircraft. The Alpine-Casparis Airport (E38) has two paved runways. They are both bi-directional so they function as if we had four runways. The longer runway is 6,000 feet and can accommodate small jet aircraft. The airport also has 31 hangars. Hangars are built at the expense of private aircraft owners, but once built, the hangars actually belong to the city. Consequently, the city charges rent to the people who use these structures. There are also 36 tie-down spaces, where people who come less frequently can secure their aircraft.
