Solid Grounds Strategy was formed by Jessica Grounds to assist women running for elected office for the first time. Jessica’s experience working on behalf of political candidates exposed her to the need to provide strategy specifically for women starting up their inaugural campaigns.

Jessica recognizes that women generally approach politics and political leadership differently than men. While the fundamentals of a sound campaign structure is gender neutral, there are unique barriers that women face running for office. There are also particular advantages women candidates retain which can help their efforts. Jessica and her team will help you navigate the challenges of campaigning and support you to create the foundations of an effective campaign.
