Attendees must be registered for the meeting and exhibitors must have purchased booth space to make hotel reservations. A hotel access code will be sent with registration and booth confirmations. All reservations must be made through ACMG’s Housing Partner – onPeak. Hotels will not accept direct reservations.
Meeting Dress and Session Protocol
Appropriate dress for the meeting is business casual. A light jacket or sweater is recommended as meeting rooms may be cool. Badges will be required for entry into all sessions and events. Children and Guests are not permitted in educational sessions, and children under 12 are not allowed into the Exhibit Hall. Cell phones and mobile devices must be turned off or to vibrate during sessions.
Weather
Often described as pleasant, moderate, and sunny, Charlotte’s weather is frequently characterized by clear blue skies and bright sunshine. March is Charlotte's wettest month with average high temperatures of 64°and average low temperatures of 53°. Pack light clothing along with a few sweaters and an umbrella for good measure.
Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at or participation in ACMG meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to ACMG's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.
Internet Access
Internet access will be available in public areas of the Charlotte Convention Center for a fee of $14.95 per day. Access will be available in limited common areas, but will not be available inside the Exhibit Hall or meeting rooms. ACMG will also provide a Cyber Café with computers that attendees may use to access the internet to check email, complete CE Self Reporting Forms and view online information related to the meeting.
