Level 301: Advanced Improv

Advanced Improv builds on the skills acquired in the 100 and 200 level classes. This class delves deeper into relationships, scene building, and game. Prerequisite: Both Intermediate classes or teacher approval.

At the end of the course, BIG will organize a showcase for family and friends so that class members can gain some performing experience.

Instructor Bio: Michael Harris is the current Artistic/Executive Director of BIG, and a member of Evan the Loyal. He has taught classes from Intro through Advanced for BIG, and has taught Improvisation, Commedia dell Arte, Voice & Movement, and various performance projects at the National Conservatory of Dramatic Arts in D.C. Michael has taught improv workshops for Howard County Public Schools, Johns Hopkins Medical School, and at the Baltimore Improv Festival. Previously, he directed BIG's troupe, Plan B, as well as D.C. troupes the Lodge and Bridezilla.
