Prior to joining Bergeson, LLP, Gal Dor was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP from 2008-2011, and at Latham & Watkins, LLP from 2005 to 2008.  Ms. Dor's areas of practice include securities and commercial litigation and internal investigations.  She has represented companies, officers and directors in derivative and securities class actions filed under the PSLRA in both state and federal courts.  Ms. Dor also has been involved in internal investigations involving stock option backdating, whistleblower allegations, and a shareholder's Demand Letter.
