Our oils are the result of a mindful and passionate dedication to excellence, from orchard to bottle. They are certified organic by California Certified Organic Farmers and certified extra virgin by the California Olive Oil Council. Our olives are grown, harvested, milled, blended and bottled entirely on the ranch.

Olio Nuovo
Growers traditionally celebrate the "New Oil" with a gathering of family and friends at the olive mill. This unique, seasonal oil is available each year following November's harvest and through the early winter. In the traditional Tuscan style, this vibrant, green oil is bottled immediately after harvest, without filtration; its aromas of parsley, cut grass and fresh basil and flavors of artichoke and green olive accompany a long, distinctly peppery finish. For a truly seasonal experience, this new oil should be enjoyed within three or four months of the harvest.
