Friend us @ www.facebook.com Meditation & Relaxing Music, Guided Relaxation, Stress Relief, Stillness by Suzanne In this free video, Suzanne Armistead talks us through a guided meditation for relaxation. This is a great way to relieve stress during or after work, school, handling social anxiety, etc. Stillness and mediation have helped Suzanne through emotions of grief and anxiety, especially after the death of her son 4 years ago. Grief, depression, anxiety and stress are common in our lives and can be difficult to deal with. Using stillness and intention, Suzanne learned how to calm her anxiety, anger, fatigue and sadness, and now she shares this work with others. If we want to be happy with ourselves, to love ourselves and truly appreciate the beauty of life, it’s important to relax, place intention on our physical bodies, clear the mind, quiet our thoughts and be here now. Happiness does not come from material possessions or from another person, it comes from within. We all have infitinite joy within us, and Suzanne is dedicated to helping others discover their joy as she has. In Wisdom Contemplations from the Gradual Path, Dr. Neale delivers a series of analytic meditations designed to foster intuitive realization of ones true nature. By utilizing the tranquil mind for inquisitive examination of particular themes such as the causes of suffering, the possibility of freedom and universal interdependence, one develops liberating insights that lead to inner contentment and outer harmony. This series of meditations explore key themes from the Indo-Tibetan Gradual Path (Lam Rim) tradition established in the eleventh century by Master Atisha, which provides a systematic, comprehensive and accessible approach to contemplative learning and life-long education. Track 1 provides clear and concise instructions on how to follow the Gradual Path (Lam Rim) contemplations, alternating between analytic meditation and periods of resting the mind in its natural sate. Track 2 offers The Four Thoughts for Turning the Mind, a series of preliminary reflections designed to motivate one to abandon compulsive living and embrace conscious living. Track 3 presents the Four Noble Truths, Buddhas psychology of suffering and happiness. In Track 4, one is guided through the Four Keys of Self-Analysis that leads to the liberating

Learn to shatter the illusion of separation and make conscious contact with the creation process. Discussed is how to go beyond thought to manifest what you want in your life. From Deepak Chopra: “You need not do anything to meditate. Just remain quiet…the world will freely offer itself to you to be unmasked. It has no choice. It will roll in ecstasy at your feet.” The conclusion of “How To Get What You Really Want” with Wayne Dyer and Deepak Chopra. Part 13 of 13.

Mindfulness meditation-1

Tension means a gap between what you are and what you want to be. More the gap, more the tension. It means that when you are satisfied with what you are, you have no tension! In other words, you do not long to be anything other than what you are. Then your mind exists in the moment. Then there is nothing to be tense about. You are at east with yourself. Our existence itself is non tense. Tension is always because of hypothetical, non existential possibilities. In the present there is no tension. Tension is always future oriented. It comes from the imagination. You can imagine yourself as something other than you are. When you long for the future, you create images and because there are no corresponding realities, you go on creating more and more images. But as far as the present is concerned, you cannot conceive of the imagination in relation to it! How can you be imaginative in the present? There seems to be no need. Once we understand this and start living in the present, our life will be happier. Mindfulness has been practiced since thousands of years by Monks in Tibet and has a deeper meaning for our lives today. www.lifecoachformysuccess.com lifecoachformysuccess@gmail.com
