The Council has spoken, the votes have been cast, and the results are in for this week’s Watcher’s Council match up! This week was an important one in the history of our beloved Republic. The Supreme Court of the United States heard arguments for a ruling they’ll make in June or so on ObamaCare’s constitutionality. It will determine whether the tide of Big Government continues sweeping our freedoms before it or whether the turning of the tide has started. This week’s winner, Joshuapundit’s The Supreme Court Begins Hearing Arguments On ObamaCare was an attempt at examining the key issues at … Read the rest

But the globalists dare gloat at their peril: the original Camp Constitution is still in business and taking in young people for a week of turth about our history and institutions! Last year’s outstanding male camper was a young man from Richmond! Meet teens (ages 12-20) who agree with you and share your values. There is always a chaplain and voluntary chapel. Belle of Liberty is reporting that Passaic County, NJ at their budget meeting on March 27 said NO to ICLEI! They got out of the unconstitutional alliance! Good news for Agenda 21 fighters: The Wayne Township Council passed a resolution condemning Agenda 21 and calling for the Passaic County Freeholders to withdraw from ICLEI. At the Passaic County Freeholder’s meeting on March 27th, the freeholders formally withdrew from ICLEI. The Belle of Liberty is certainly right that beating ICLEI is not the final victory. But it does get another local government OUT of the Fifth Column that implements Agenda 21. … Read the rest

I am pleased when people stand up against the liberty/sovereignty killing acts such as NDAA! A class action suit was brought in Manhattan Federal Court to strike down the NDAA as unconstitutional. Of course indefinite detention of US citizens is unconstitutional, Ex parte Milligan says that. (I know something about Ex parte Milligan – I wrote this scholarly legal article on it! It’s clear! US citizens CANNOT be deprived of habeas corpus thus cannot be detained indefinitely as long as the courts are open.) Here’s a highlight or two: [Middle East expert Chris] Hedges himself filed the class action lawsuit … Read the rest

President Obama and the Democrats have been spreading falsehoods about supposed Oil “subsidies”. The truth is, Bog Oil Companies do not receive subsidies. A subsidy is a government payment, usually for doing nothing. Like welfare or payments not to grow crops. Oil companies simply get tax deductions like every other business. Not subsidies. Only in the insane world of the Progressive mind could being allowed to keep more of your earnings – even if you are an oil company – be called a subsidy. What these tax deductions do is encourage things like equipment, machinery and vehicles to be replaced … Read the rest
