JerseyConnect Services
JerseyConnect’s primary service is network access to our fully redundant and scalable core infrastructure and to the Internet beyond. However, we recognize that this access can be expensive, and is not always the best use of a library’s limited budget.
For this reason, many of JerseyConnect’s services are available to all libraries in New Jersey, even those that do not connect directly to our network.
Services Available to All Libraries
- Full-service email hosting and management
- Email spam and virus filtering by McAfee for any library, regardless of email host
- Website hosting with statistics available
- Cloud storage for library data
- Domain name hosting
Services Available Only to Connected Libraries
- Full-service router management
- Full-service Cisco firewall management
- Real-time and historical bandwidth reporting
- QoS guarantees for services hosted by JerseyConnect
