Baptism of Solitude: Eine Hommage an Paul Bowles von Tonya Hurley, USA 2000. Der Film verbindet Bowles  “Real life photography”  mit den schnellen Schnitten der „cutting edge“-Technik, er besticht durch eine durch Spoken Word Poetry belebten Animation.

7 Grilos / 2 Cachorros von Roberto Andreoli, Brasilien 2004. Eine unheimliche Beobachtung eines schlaflosen jungen Mannes, erzählt in einer packenden poetischen Sprache und mit einer Flut von gewaltigen Nachtaufnahmen in stündlichen Aufzeichnungen durch eine nicht enden wollende Nacht hindurch.

Forest without leaves SW7 von Daniel Mittelpunkt und Abbas Kiarostami, Großbritannien 2005. Im Frühling 2005 präsentierte der Filmemacher und Künstler seine Installation Forest without leaves in dem V&A Museum in London. Sein Interesse, zu beobachten, wie sein Werk auf Menschen wirkt, ließ ihn diesen Kurzfilm schaffen, in dem er die Reaktionen der Besucher in seiner Ausstellung aufgezeichnet hat. Abbas Kiarostami wird als der einflussreichste und widersprüchlichste iranische Filmemacher nach der Revolution betrachtet. Beim Filmfestival von Cannes erhielt der die Goldene Palme für den Film „Taste of Cherry“.
In spring 2005 filmmaker and artist Abbas Kiarostami presented his installation Forest Without Leaves at the V&A museum in London. His interest in people's response to his work led to this short film, which surveys visitor’s reactions to the exhibit. Abbas Kiarostami is considered the most influential and controversial post-revolutionary Iranian filmmaker. He won the Palme d’Or at Cannes Film Festival for Taste of Cherry.

Casagrande Poetry Bombings, Chile/Kroatien/Spanien 2001 - 2004. Als Gegenreaktion auf die Bombardierung des Präsidentenpalasts in Santiago de Chile durch Pinochet warf am 23. März die als Casagrande bezeichnete Dichterguerilla 100.000 Lesezeichen mit Gedichten über dem Palast ab. Die Lesezeichen tanzten in der Luft herum, um sich schließlich auf die 10.000 Zuschauer zu ergießen. Seitdem ließ die Gruppe weltweit weitere Dichtungen über Schauplätze von Bombenattentaten regnen, u.a. auch in Guernica und Kroatien. Der Film versteht sich als gesammelte Aufzeichnung dieser friedlichen Bombenabwürfe. 
As a counter reaction to Pinochet’s bombing of the Presidential Palace in Santiago, Chile, a poetry guerilla organization called Casagrande dropped 100,000 poetry bookmarks over the Palace from a helicopter in March 23, 2001. The bookmarks twirled in the air and rained on the 10,000 spectators who came to witness the spectacle.  Since then, the group has rained poems on several other bomb sites around the world, including Guernica and Croatia.  The film is a repertoire of these peaceful bombings.

Love is the Law von Eivind Tolas, Norwegen 2003. Der Film stützt sich auf einen geschrieben Text, der von dem Norwegischen Stuntpoeten und Musiker Ole Mads Vevle aufgeführt wurde. Seine subjektive und manchmal fast pornographische Interpretation der christlichen Liebesbotschaft erhält die Form eines Nachrichtenprogramms.
The film is based on a text written and performed by the Norwegian stunt poet and musician, Ole Mads Vevle. His subjective and, at times, pornographic interpretation the Christian message of love, has the form of a news program.
