Dawn Cole is an artist based in Birchington, on the North Kent coast. Working primarily in print, Dawn’s work explores ideas of memory and recollection, time and repetition. Using archives as the starting point for inspiration Dawn creates thought provoking works that are not always what they seem.
Dawn Cole produces works that take the viewer on a narrative journey that is skilfully combined with visual imagery. Her work is the result of extensive research, is technically proficient and profoundly thought provoking.
