Abstract Submission is LIVE

The abstract deadline is March 9, 2012.

This one link starts the process to submit or revise ALL ABSTRACTS. Symposium Ideas and Full Proposals, Student Best Paper and Poster Abstracts, Contributed Papers and Posters, Invited Papers—they all start here.

Things will be a little different this year. We are requesting initial symposia ideas earlier (ASAP, please!) and posting them on the web as they are received, we will be working with organizers to incorporate more contributed papers into symposia, and we will be linking some posters to symposia, perhaps through use of electronic signs. In addition, we are supporting AFS initiatives to make some symposia and posters accessible to AFS members via the web for a limited time after the meeting. You may encounter new questions designed to help us match papers and posters with emerging symposia ideas, or to allow web viewing. The timing of these initiatives from AFS committees meant that they could not be fully reflected in the printed Calls for Papers. Please bear with us as the process evolves.
