2012 AMERICAN FISHERIES SOCIETY MEETING

CALL FOR MEETINGS, WORKSHOPS, AND ASSOCIATED EVENTS

 The Annual AFS Conference provides a great opportunity for groups to host workshops, alumni gatherings, technical work groups and other meeting  in conjunction with the main conference.

If your group is interested in hosting a meeting or other event at the 2012 meeting, you need to register your event with conference planners.  Once registered, event staff will contact you to help plan your event. You are responsible for all arrangements for your event and all expenses incurred.

REQUEST FOR RECEPTIONS, MEETINGS, and WORKSHOPS IN-CONJUNCTION WITH American Fisheries Society Meeting, Minneapolis St. Paul, MN, August 19 -23, 2012 Deadline for Submission: July 30, 2012 Note: You are responsible for all arrangements for your event and all expenses incurred. Once this form is submitted and approved, it will be sent to event staff. They will contact you to coordinate the contract details of room, audio-visual, and food/beverage needs for your event.

DEADLINE:

Meetings associated with AFS 2012 will be scheduled on a first come first reserved basis.  The deadline for requesting a meeting room is July 6th 2012.  After this date, your event will not be included in the printed program and we may not be able to accommodate your meeting needs.
