The 100,000 Homes Campaign is a national movement of communities working together to find permanent homes for 100,000 of the country’s most vulnerable homeless individuals and families by July of 2013.
Coordinated by Community Solutions and supported by a broad base of national and local partners, the Campaign is fundamentally altering America's response to homelessness by giving communities concrete tools that work and connecting them to likeminded advocates across the country.
Campaign communities are identifying and finding homes for their most vulnerable neighbors, helping them build stable lives. Find out how »
