Rules & Procedures:

• Rental Form - This form must be filled out and returned to the BATC office prior to use.
• Room Capacity - The Seminar Room will seat 85-90 comfortably, the Board Room will seat 20 comfortably.
• Parking - Limited to 90 spots. (We encourage carpooling during the week)
• Smoke-Free Area - The entire building is smoke-free.
• Check In/Out - Please check in with the front desk before and after your event.
• Food - If you need food for your event, you are responsible for all arrangements.
• Clean up - The Seminar Room & Board Room MUST be cleaned up following usage, and left the way it was found.
• BATC reserves the right to cancel rental agreement/event due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
