SynthEyes™ is a camera tracking (a.k.a. match-moving) and stabilization software application for PC or Mac offering high performance and a wealth of features at an affordable price. SynthEyes's latest features include a texture extraction system for set reconstruction and clean plate generation. - 19 March 2012: SynthEyes 2011.1 Build 1010. Highlights: RED R3D reading, some new scripts, bug fixes. From 1009: A new system for analyzing lens grid images to generate presets (even for highly-distorted lenses such as GoProHD), symmetric/spot tracker snapping. Press Release. Tutes up on youtube. - Blender 2.57 exporter is available in the latest SynthEyes build (sample export in the sample files area). Joel Godin has put up a SynthEyes to Blender tutorial.
- Cinema 4D! A native python-script exporter for Cinema 4D R12 or later is available, featuring mesh and texture exports for SynthEyes 2011. Important: SynthEyes 2011 and Cinema 4D R12 or later are required for the native exporter, please continue to use the Lightwave scene exporter with earlier versions of either application.
