What’s your environmental footprint?
From the energy used in our plants to the way we go to retail, we’ve got our eye on minimizing our environmental impact. Together, we can make a difference.
Have you ever looked at your personal environmental impact? It’s fun, it’s easy, and it’s eye opening.
Gather your current electric bill, heating bill (whether natural gas, heating oil or propane) and your car make and year. It’s a good idea to have an idea of your yearly mileage (something that also comes in handy when you are deciding whether to buy a used or new car.) Once you have these things together, go online using keywords like ‘carbon footprint’ or ‘ecological footprint’. Fill in the required fields and you’ll have your footprint profile. You’ll see for yourself the best way you can make a difference. One by one, we can save the world.
