How long does it take to build my site?

If you, the non-profit client, are able to reply reasonably fast to our questions about design, photos, text, etc., you can expect a turnaround in as short as two weeks.

I’m trying to build my email newsletter list. Can you help with that?

We’re happy to integrate a sign-up box from your email marketing partner (MailChimp, ConstantContact, ExactTarget, CampaignMonitor, etc.) at no additional charge. We also integrate Wufoo.com, which offers a fantastic, easy-to-use form management system for free at an entry level.

I’m connecting with my clientele on Facebook and Twitter. How does that work with my new site?

We can integrate a variety of social media widgets, including the Facebook promo box, Facebook Like button, latest Twitter stream, Reddit and Delicious social bookmark links and more, all at no additional charge.

How do you work with my Donor Management System?

We have done integration with a number of donor systems, including eTapestry, Groundspring, Paypal and others. In short, we’ll work with the service with which you’re comfortable to ensure good data collection, facilitation of donations and online visibility.
