Deadline Movie Premiere
Benefiting United Way of Central Oklahoma
The Oklahoma Premiere of Deadline, the new movie starring Steve Talley and Academy Award nominee Eric Roberts, is Thursday, April 12th. Hosted by The Oklahoman, the premiere will benefit the United Way.
“The Oklahoman is proud to host the premiere of Deadline, which tells the story of how a local newspaper helps resolve an unsolved civil rights murder,” said Kelly Dyer Fry, editor of The Oklahoman/vice president of news for OPUBCO Communications Group. “Deadline highlights the power of the press, along with our obligation as a free press to help serve the greater good. So we’re delighted to be able to support United Way of Central Oklahoma with proceeds from this premiere showing.” Tickets to the Deadline Premiere start at $25, with the option to make larger sponsor-level contributions. The Deadline premiere begins at 7:00.
