There’s something special about classic cars. Their defined lines and established curves, strangely inviting, even to those who don’t know the difference between wheel and tire. Yet somehow, there’s a bond seemingly everyone shares over these few remaining pieces of history. It’s as though the presence of a classic car is enough for even the busiest of people to pause for a moment, if only to look and smile. But if they look twice, it’s only a matter of time before they ask.
Within military organizations, the act of raising colours is used as a symbolic gesture for standing your ground or a rallying cry. The battle that we fight isn’t in some distant land, but in our garage; our mission is overcoming the obstacles put forth in the build we lay out. The Stance|Works Garage banner is a symbolic representation for all enthusiasts who choose to take on that battle when the opportunity presents itself.
The latest on the SW/LG docket is the next round of goods and apparel. With new shirts on the horizon and some extremely exciting plans for our next product offering, it is time to redesign some of the tagging and packaging that makes the LG buying experience unique. Details were hashed out over yesterday’s meeting, and we’re prepared for the spring’s lineup.

Exploring uncharted territory in the car scene is always worth noting. While bagging Volkswagens isn’t necessarily uncharted territory, for Joshua McDowell, bagging his MKVI R proved to be a new adventure.
Joshua’s white MKVI follows in the path of his previous car, a white MKV. His previous car was clean and well done, but this time around he wanted to take things a step further.
Our community is filled to the brim with different niches and groups, ranging from Nissan owners and Datsun enthusiasts to guys with rotor-shaped hearts and guys that refuse to touch anything newer than 1932. It’s one of the great things about the automotive community; no matter what you’re interested in, there’s a group of like-minded people out there who will welcome you with open arms.
