LASSE PASSAGE

Lasse Passage (NO) is as a twofold project, in which he mixes alternative neofolk, spacial interactions and lo-fi drones in a subtle manner. An electroacoustic composer that loves Nick Drake as much as Morton Feldman. Because of his eclectic and diverse style he has been a welcome guest in established jazz festivals in Norway (Oslo Jazz Festival), art-galleries,  traditional rock veneus (Mono, John Dee) and electronic focused venues (BlÂ, TAG, Studio LOOS).

Lasse Passage has been known to work with great musicians in his native country Norway, as Andreas Werliin (Wildbirds & Peacedrums) and Jo B. Myhre (Susanna Waluumrød). After an extended stay in the Netherlands, where he mainly performed solo, this show will feature Lasse Passage showcasing material from his new upcoming album in conjunction with some fresh new scandinavian talent.

The UK Music Video Awards 2011 nominated the video for the 7-inch single “Say Say Say” in the category “Best indie/budget music-video”.
