In
His Own Words
"Dani and I own and
operate Weinberg & Weinberg, a consulting/training firm dedicated to helping
people and companies become more fully human. Our workshops include Problem Solving
Leadership, Organizational Change Shop, and Software Engineering Management Development
Group. My primary responsibilities in the firm are general management, leading
workshops, consulting, and training workshop faculty. I have been in the computing
business at least since 1956, and running my own consulting/training business
since 1969.
"I think that my special skills
are empathy and the ability to see the big picture in complex situations. I want
to further develop my understanding of human beings when they are not acting up
to their full potential. My special vision is to bring computing technology to
better serve the world, especially by working with the leaders in this field.
I like to think of my profession as restoring human works of art."GMW
