EVENTS IN SANTA FE
The heart of Santa Fe, New Mexico, is the historic Santa Fe Plaza, the sight of traditional adobe dwellings and exciting events throughout the year. A visit to the Plaza is a must during your Santa Fe travels. The Plaza is the cultural center of Santa Fe, an historic district that combines the best of yesterday with the innovation of today. Visitors will find historic adobe dwellings, art galleries, restaurants, and more. It’s the site of the Palace of the Governors as well as a variety of fairs and festivals throughout the year.
The winter season in Santa Fe provides a festive opportunity to experience Santa Fe’s cultural and historic uniqueness. You will experience an abundance of events that blend Native American, Hispanic and Western traditions. December’s offerings include the not to be missed Annual Santa Fe Film Festival, the Annual Winter Spanish Market, Winter Pueblo Feast Days and Dances at various pueblos, the Annual Christmas Faroito Walk as well as the opening of famous Santa Fe Ski Basin.

January, February and March events include Souper Bowl XV — an annual soup competition and silent auction that benefits Northern New Mexico’s food bank, the Annual ARTFeast, and an assortment of programs offered at The Lensic — Santa Fe’s Performing Arts Center. Local museum and galleries with an ever changing roster of artists and exhibits provide varied cultural opportunities.

The front desk staff takes care of normal check in and out procedures but they are also a wealth of helpful information from setting up local excursions to making dinner reservations.
Breakfast
To start your day off right we include a complimentary deluxe Continental Breakfast between the hours of 7 AM and 10 AM at Las Palomas, located across the street from ZONA ROSA. Enjoy cooked-to-order crepes and waffles or choose from a selection of breakfast breads, muffins, bagels, English muffins, cereals, fruit, juices and yogurts. Espresso, fresh drip coffee and French Press coffee is available all day – enjoy them with a never-ending supply of warm cookies.
