Dr. Eric Mason

Eric Mason is a native of Washington, D.C. and now resides in Philadelphia with His wife (Yvette) and two sons (Immanuel and Nehemiah). Dr. Mason is founder and lead pastor of Epiphany Fellowship in Philadelphia, PA. In addition, to his role at Epiphany Fellowship he serves as President of Thriving, a ministry dedicated to aiding ethnic minorities to be resourced and trained for ministry to the urban context. He has also contributed to multiple publications to service the body of Christ. Dr. Mason is known for articulating and proclaiming the gospel with clarity, passion, and authority at churches and conferences nationally.Christ has allowed Dr. Mason to serve in multiple ministry roles over the past 17 years. Dr. Mason went to Bowie State University where he received a BS in Psychology. While at Bowie State University, he was burdened after trusting Christ to go into full-time vocational service to the Lord in ministry. During the completion of his undergraduate degree, he taught bible studies on campus to the college students. Seeking to be a biblically literate minister of the gospel, Dr. Mason ventured to Dallas Theological Seminary where he received a Master of Theology (ThM) degree. Meanwhile, Dr. Mason was hired by an inner-city organization as a counselor and mentor to “at risk” in the Southern and Eastern sectors of Dallas Texas. The context of this service was several community centers, High schools, and projects discipling troubled youth and former gang members. He was co-youth pastor to over 500 youth and then served as prison ministry coordinator at Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship where he over saw 17 ministers who engaged troubled youth in the DFW metroplex.

Upon completion of Seminary, Dr. Mason received his ordination into the gospel ministry by the council of elders at Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship under the leadership of Dr. Tony Evans his father in the ministry (May 2000). Dr. Mason ventured to Houston, TX to serve functionally in the role of Assistant Pastor of Good Hope Missionary Baptist Church. In addition, he served also as adjunct professor at the College of Biblical Studies. Dr. Mason then was called to serve as the Regional Director of the Urban Schools Alternative at Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship. Upon receiving the call to Philly, Fellowship Bible Church in Little Rock, AR offered to train him in leadership and church planting. After a year of sitting under the elder’s tutelage, they affirm upon him through the laying on of hands and commissioned him to the work of church planting. He completed his Doctoral (D.Min) degree at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (In Ministry in Complex Urban Settings) May 2007.

After a seven year “career” in corporate America, Blake was influenced by his pastor, Rev. Bill Lawson, at Wheeler Avenue Baptist Church, to turn from climbing the corporate ladder to learning, loving, and serving Jesus Christ.Blake earned his Bachelor of Arts in political science from Southwest Texas State University, and his Master of Arts in Christian Education from Dallas Theological Seminary.

Blake has served in Youth Ministry since 1994. He was formerly the co-director of The Center for Youth Ministry at the College of Biblical Studies where he taught for seven years. Currently he is the pastor ofย  Crossover Bible Fellowship in Houston, Texas. Additionally, he has been heavily involved in curriculum development for youth and family life ministries, and Blake is well known for his class entitled The Biblical View of Sex โ€“ which he has taught to NBA players of the New York Knicks and San Antonio Spurs. Blake shares his gifts and talents at student camps and retreats with Allan Houston and Charlie Ward, former NBA players.

Blake is married to Dr. Ronique Wilson who has partnered with Blake in ministry since 1994. Blake and Ronique have two children, a daughter, Reagan Faith Abrielle Wilson and a son, Robert Chance Priest Wilson. They reside in Houston, Texas.

Pastor Doug Logan

Doug Logan serves as Lead Pastor & Directional Leader of Epiphany Camden. Doug is an Urban Missionary with a heart to see comprehensive Gospel change in the Inner-Cities. Doug and his wife Angel have been married since 1996 and have been blessed with three sons, Bernie (22), Aharon (13), and Avery (12). Doug is ordained in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) and currently served as the Church Plant Resident at the Tenth Presbyterian Church in a 2-Church Partnership with Epiphany Fellowship in North Philadelphia under the leadership of Dr. Eric Mason. Pastor Doug Logan has served in the inner city for nearly a decade as a pastor of both Calvary Bible Church of Kensington and now in North Philly. He is currently completing his MAR at Reformed Theological Seminary-DC Campus.

Nyron Burke

Nyron Burke serves as Stewardship Pastor at Epiphany Fellowship. In this capacity he provides oversight for ministries charged with stewarding people, finances and assets. He is passionate about equipping the church to be “good stewards of God’s varied grace” (1 Pet 4:11). He and his wife Ruth, are graduates of Princeton University and live in the Mt. Airy neighborhood of Philadelphia. Ruth is a doctoral candidate in sociology at the University of Pennsylvania. Pastor Nyron is bi-vocational and is employed by a global consultancy.

Pastor Leonce Crump

Originally from Louisiana and raised Catholic, Leonce began following Jesus at age 16. Always an athlete and a talker, Leonce outran his first mall security guard (and pregnant mother) at age 3, and spent most of his grade school years talking with his principals on the subject of public speaking during class. He has been in ordained ministry for 9 years, is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and holds Masters degrees in Criminal Justice, with a focus on Case Law (University of Tennessee), Missional Leadership (Resurgence Theological Training Center), and is currently finishing his Masters of Divinity at Reformed Theological Seminary.At Oklahoma he was an All-American wrestler and played defensive end on the Sooner football team. After college he competed to make the world team in wrestling, played professional football for the New Orleans Saints and coached collegiate wrestling. He experienced an extended time of rebellion and running from God during college, but after 22 months of living as though he were not a Christian he surrendered to Jesus and ultimately to God’s calling into ministry.

Leonce pastored in 3 other churches prior, starting and leading 3 college and young adult ministries. In 2006 he felt called to plant a church and through prayerful seeking of direction settled on the under-served area of downtown Atlanta. In early 2008 he and his wife moved to Atlanta from Tennessee to begin the process of planting Renovation Church. In 2009 Leonce was assessed and approved as a member of the Acts 29 church planting network, and began a partnership with Perimeter Church in Atlanta in their commitment to local church planting.

A prodigious reader and engaging speaker, Leonce regularly speaks and preaches across the country at conferences and churches of all denominations. Leonce enjoys boxing, MMA, studying theology, history, leadership, church structure and poetry. He likes soul music like Otis Redding, Marvin Gaye, and Jimi Hendrix (the blues albums), working out, watching football, UFC, and rugby, playing with his daughters, hanging with the homeless dudes outside his loft and going to art shows.

Leonce and his wife Breanna have lived in the Grant Park community of Atlanta for nearly 3 years, and have two daughters.

D. Marion Clark

Reverend D. Marion Clark has served as the Executive Minister of Tenth Presbyterian Church for almost 15 years. His duties include executing the church’s overall mission and coordinating the church’s ministries, staff, pastoral care, and representing the senior minister in these roles. He has been married to Ginger Clark since August 4, 1979 and has two adult children. Reverend Clark graduated with a Masters of Divinity from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary, and his writings include Baptism: The Joyful Sign, Give Praise to God. He serves on the board of Center City Academy and Spruce Hill Christian School. He also serves as a board member of Thriving and has been instrumental in aiding several churches being planted by Tenth Presbyterian Church.

Pastor Jerome Gay

Jerome Gay Jr., was raised in Southeast Washington, DC and moved to the Raleigh, NC in 1997 to attend St. Augustine’s College for his undergraduate studies. While there he founded a campus ministry that emphasized the gospel and biblical orthodoxy in the urban context. The ministry grew campus wide with many trusting Christ as Savior, upon graduating he served as an elder for several years and after fervent prayer was led to start Vision International Church in 2006, later named Vision Church in November of 2009. Vision Church has grown by God’s grace and is impacting the inner city of Raleigh by missionally engaging the city with the gospel of Jesus Christ through discipleship, service and social empowerment. Jerome Gay Jr. is a member of the Acts 29 Network, Founder of the Bless the Future Initiative and Lead and Founding Pastor of Vision Church. Jerome has a vision to see gospel centered churches and leaders raised up within the urban context and sent out to plant other gospel-centered churches. Jerome is married to Crystal Gay and the father of a lovely little girl Jamari Gay and son Jerome Jordan Gay III. Jerome is currently seeking his Master’s Degree in Pastoral Ministry at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
