Member Agreement

Welcome to A Virtuous Woman! We hope that you will find warmth and encouragement here. You can read our Statement of Faith for more information about our ministry. Any questions can be emailed to Melissa Ringstaff at: contactus@avirtuouswoman.org.

To make this a place full of happiness and good cheer, let’s remember a few rules…

1. Be nice! Members who choose to use ugly language, rude comments, or anything inappropriate to the members of this website will be banned.

2. It is okay to give an opinion, but not okay to make others feel bad if they disagree.

3. This is a Christian website. We reserve the right to remove any post that we feel is not appropriate for this site or that is in disagreement with our Statement of Faith.

4. In the recipes section, recipes submitted that use unclean meats will be removed. According to the Bible, eating unclean meats is forbidden. There have been clean and unclean animals since the creation.

5. Member groups and discussion forums are not a place for advertising your business or other ventures. You may do this in the Member Marketplace ONLY. Advertisements, marketing, or articles written to promote your business and/or website will be removed.

6. This website is a place for women to share and encourage one another. This is not a place for men to solicit women for dates and/ or marriage. We do NOT allow men to join A Virtuous Woman.

7. Videos need to be uploaded to the website using the Community Blog and approved by the staff or they will be deleted. Groups, Discussion Forums, and other community areas not for posting videos.

8. A Virtuous Woman is a spam free website. Spam will not be tolerated. Spam constitutes any message that is sent multiple times or to multiple members. Spam also constitutes unsolicited emails, advertisements, blog posts, messages, invitations, requests for donations, pyramid schemes, business ventures, etc. This is not a place to promote your own websites, blogs, or businesses. Failure to follow the rules may result in being banned from the network permanently.

9. A Virtuous Woman offers personal blogs for its members. If you choose to register a blog, please use it regularly! A Virtuous Woman reserves the right to remove blogs that have not been updated after more than six months. Empty blogs or dead blogs are no fun! Blogs that are deemed spam will be removed.

10. Have fun! Support, encourage, and learn from each other!
