St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center, an affiliate of the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, affirms its commitment to Graduate Medical Education by providing and maintaining the institutional infrastructure including personnel, equipment, facilities and resources necessary to support an appropriate academic environment. The educational environment will foster professional and personal development by providing organized educational programs, appropriate guidance and supervision of all residents and fellows to deliver outstanding compassionate medical care.
SLRHC affirms its commitment to Graduate Medical Education and its intent to adhere to the Hospital Center’s Mission and specific program guidelines established by the Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) and the American Dental Association (ADA). The Administration of St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center, the Graduate Medical Education Committee, the Office of Graduate Medical Education, the Departmental Chairs, and the Executive Committee of the Medical Board will monitor and assure compliance with these guidelines and adherence to these established values.
