Having Irregular Periods
What constitutes having irregular periods any ways? Well, if you normally have a five day period flow and then all of a sudden you are just spotting or your period only lasts a few days rather than your normal five day menstrual cycle, this constitutes an irregular period. But on the other hand, if your normal flow is five days and you have a ten day period, this also is classified as having an irregular period.
You need to understand that anything irregular that happens with your body id cause for concern. When your body is “out of whack”, it is usually a sign that something is wrong with your body’s natural rhythm. Irregular periods can be caused from things like stress, bad eating habits and diet, or simply the result of the side effects of other medications you are taking.
