Wow. This is strange having a website with my name as the URL and a big, outdated picture of my ugly mug hogging half the home page. The self-deprecating side of me wants to apologize profusely!

The problem is I have too many lives. People ask me: Are you the gluten-free guru? Or are you the co-founder/CEO of Sonic Boom Wellness? Are you an author? Are you my mommy?!?

Answer is, I’m all of the above (well, mommy only to two). That’s why I’ve been advised to bring it all together and tell you a little about my various adventures.
