By using surveillance system controls, our system can record and measure your beach environment straight from public IP video stream, allowing you to see unique information about your beach’s physical features in real-time. The image below shows the same platform used above powering real-time wave toolsets in an example of a CoastalCOMS setup at Snapper Reef, Australia (click the image to view live). Other data available includes detailed shoreline/waterline tracking and beach width, people counts by area of beach, and wave period.
