The euphoria sparked by his concert on the Plains of Abraham as part of Quebec Citys 400th anniversary celebrations sent a very clear message: Quebec audiences are mad about the great Charles Aznavour and are crying out for more! Touched by such widespread enthusiasm, the man referred to in the media as the King of the Plains has agreed to answer the call of his fans by returning to present a unique and exceptional concert at the Capitole de Qubec on April 12. Accompanied by five musicians and two backup singers, he is offering a golden opportunity to see him perform once again on stage in an intimate setting!

As he gets ready to celebrate his 88th birthday, Charles Aznavour will pay his third visit to the Capitole de Qubec, after having offered sold-out performances on 30 October 1967 and 6 and 7 November 1996.

Last fall, he also renewed his ties with LOlympia, 55 years after his debut performance on the legendary stage. The series of 22 outstanding concerts, each and every one of which was sold out, was a triumphant success.

Acclaim, awards, certified Gold records, Charles Aznavour has experienced it all. With a stage career spanning more than 60 years, Charles Aznavour is loved the world over and continues to top the bill. The man of a thousand songs advocates the discipline of work, sings in five different languages and has sold 100 million albums worldwide. Today, he has become, beyond the shadow of a doubt, the best-known French singer on the planet.
