MIDWESTMEDIA
The event is hosted by MIDWESTMEDIA. We are very excited to be hosting this event - as we see it as a way to promote locate artist in the Oklahoma City. Along with being one of the premier marketing and public relations companies in the region, MIDWESTMEDIA has a passion for the arts, non-profits, and promoting the great happenings in Oklahoma City. We feel it is one of our missions to promote the talent Oklahoma has to offer to the world.
The Event
Artist will have the opportunity to showcase their work in our studio. We will have a homemade salsa bar - and a tasting of local beers. We want to create a relaxed - inviting environment - where people can enjoy themselves - along with the great art.
Promoting the Event
As you might expect of a marketing company, the promotion of the event is first class and thorough. Alongside the Plaza District Association efforts - MIDWESTMEDIA will conduct a social media campaign promoting the event. To date the campaigns we have conducted for our artist have result in 1000's of impressions to people nationwide.
The Film
MIDWESTMEDIA is known for top of the line film and video production. We believe one of the most beneficial features of our marketing efforts will be to produce a short film promoting the artist to use as an advertisement for the the event!!
The goal of the film is to spotlight the artist - learn more about there influences, process, and the work. This will be filmed in a very cinematic way - with the hopes of letting the artist personality shine through.
Show
We ask that the artist hang the work at MIDWESTMEDIA for a month. This will allow people to come back and buy it!
We want to emphasize that the film is FREE to the artist. What we hope to gain by doing this - is people seeing are work (the FILM), and having people walk through our doors during LIVE ON THE PLAZA. That’s it. We think that’s a great deal.
