Join
Start the investment process by joining Seedrs as a member.
Membership is free and open to all UK residents aged 18 or older.
Browse Startups
Complete a short questionnaire to show us you understand the risks, and then start browsing.
You can see information about each startup and the terms of its offering, and you can ask questions of the entrepreneur or other investors.
Invest
If you like a startup you see, you can invest between £10 and the full amount the business is seeking.
Making an investment is simple: you just transfer the funds to our secure client money account and commit to the investment online.
Closing
If the startup receives all the money it's seeking, we'll conduct legal due diligence and buy its shares on your behalf.
If the startup doesn't receive the full amount, you’ll get all of your money back.
Post-Investment
We'll hold the shares in the company as your nominee and manage the investment on your behalf.
You can stay informed and involved with the business through our platform as it grows.
Payment
Whenever we receive money from the shares – either as a dividend or a sale – we'll pass it to you.
The only fee you pay us is 7.5% of any profits you make from your investment.
