Number of Accounts

You agree to only create 1 account. If more than one account is found in the member database, we have the right to delete it and all associated advertising without question.

EMAILS

By joining, Tigers Roar Text Ad Exchange YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE UP TO 20 EMAILS EVERY 24HRS FROM webmaster@tigersroar.info. Please add this email address to your address book and mark all emails from webmaster@tigersroar.info as NOT SPAM. This is to ensure all members get other members' Solo Ads as well as website updates, commissions info etc. Again, these emails may be for updates, account issues, Tigers Roar Text Ad Exchange promotions including but not limited to Solo Ads from Tigers Roar Text Ad Exchange members or anything that Tigers Roar Text Ad Exchange needs to relay to all members. You also agree to receive up to 2 emails every 7 days from your sponsor from the referral mailer. Your sponsor will not know your email address.

Tigers Roar Text Ad Exchange will send up to 12 solo ads at most per day and occasionally 1 admin email.  Most will be Solo Ads & Super Solo Ads. You will be rewarded with advertising points when you read the and click the credit link at the bottom of the email. 

Posting Text Ads

No Autoresponders or Bounced Emails are allowed

If your email address bounces or sends back Tigers Roar Text Ad Exchange a message with an autoresponder, you risk having your account deleted. Once your account is deleted you will have to contact Eva Browne-Paterson & Jullieanne Matheson to upgrade you back to Pro if you were a Pro member. You will be required to show proof of your Upgrade to Pro by supplying your PayPal transaction ID#. All referrals, points and commissions will be lost if your account is deleted, and no refunds will be given.

Liability
Tigers Roar Text Ad Exchange is a promotional marketing tool used to help members promote all of their offers on the Internet. Tigers Roar Text Ad Exchange does not make any promises written or implied as to the amount of money that can be made from Tigers Roar Text Ad Exchange.

Commissions

You agree to receive any earned commissions through PayPal or Alertpay. Commission payments are made upon request to our support desk here and selecting the category 'Tigers Roar Text Ad Exchange' from the drop down list of domains. Payment will only be made to members with a minimum balance of $10. It is your responsibility to make sure your email address for your PayPal account is correct. Commission payments made to the wrong account because of an incorrectly entered id is your responsibility. Should your account at PayPal be locked or restricted for any reason, that is also your responsibility. Tigers Roar Text Ad Exchange will not be held liable.

After a period of six months time, if you still have unclaimed commissions in your account that we can't pay due to not entering your payment email address, you agree to forfeit commissions owing during that six month period.

Commissions are only paid to members that have earned commissions from referral upgrades or PTC ad clicks. Any member requesting a commission payment that does not meet this criteria will not be paid commissions, and their commissions will be deleted. Depending on the account activity, this could also result in termination of the account.

Once a commission request is made, your commissions will be back-tracked through referral activity and account transaction history, and verified to confirm the amount is correct. Should any suspicious activity on your account that doesn't account for the amount of commissions transpire, this will result in deletion of your account and non-payment of your commissions. (Please refer to section below entitled "Cheating").

Policies
All policies, rules and regulations are the final decision of Tigers Roar Text Ad Exchange.  We reserve the right to modify, add or change any policies as we deem necessary at any time. All members agree that they will not hold Tigers Roar Text Ad Exchange liable for any items or policies within this program.

Refunds
Once you pay for an OTO or a lifetime membership, it cannot be refunded. Refunds on advertising can only be made on the day of purchase or before the advertising is used. Once purchased advertising is setup and has started to deliver visitors and impressions, it cannot be refunded. If you would like a refund on advertising that was just purchased in error, simply submit a support ticket stating that you would like a refund, and we will do so at the earliest opportunity. By joining and paying for any paid portion of Tigers Roar Text Ad Exchange, you agree to all the terms and conditions on this page.

Cheating
More commonly these days, a few unscrupulous people are employing black hat techniques to 'cheat the system' and award themselves extra credits and commissions. Therefore, we have joined a site that shares information about known cheaters, their names, email and IP addresses, usernames, and passwords etc.

Tigers Roar Text Ad Exchange has the right to delete any member from our member database that is found on this official cheater's list. When commission payments are requested, a full back-tracking of commissions to verify the amount will be conducted. Should any suspicious activity be discovered that shows the member has used click-cheating methods, or database manipulation of points or commissions will result in immediate account termination and banning from the site.

Any member that is found to be cheating will have their details shared with other admin owners that keep a record of all cheaters, and ban them from their sites.

SPAM
Tigers Roar Text Ad Exchange has a zero tolerance for spam. Anyone caught spamming will be deleted from the program and is subject to civil and criminal prosecution including up to $50,000 in fines.  If you are to include Tigers Roar Text Ad Exchange's name or URL in any email promotion, please only email to your own "double opt-in" subscribers.  Safelists are also allowed as well as downline mailing programs such as YourLuckyList.

The following are grounds for termination of your account:

To send unsolicited emails to anyone that is not on your own personal double-optin list.   If this does not make sense to you, then do not include promotions for Tigers Roar Text Ad Exchange in emails.
To falsify user information provided to Tigers Roar Text Ad Exchange or to other users of the service in connection with Tigers Roar Text Ad Exchange, or any of it's other sites.
To use the Tigers Roar Text Ad Exchange name and URL via bought commercial bulk email lists.
 

Tigers Roar Text Ad Exchange considers the above practices to constitute abuse of our service and of the recipients of such unsolicited mailings and/or postings who often bear the expense. Therefore, these practices are prohibited by Tigers Roar Text Ad Exchange terms and conditions of service. Engaging in one or more of these practices will result in termination of the offender's account.

In addition, we have the right, where feasible, to implement technical mechanisms which block multiple postings as described above before they are forwarded.

Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed to limit Tigers Roar Text Ad Exchange actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the foregoing activities.

Tigers Roar Text Ad Exchange reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from the program.

In addition, Tigers Roar Text Ad Exchange reserves at all times all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law or in equity.

We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may also make changes to these rules, regulations, and policies at any time.

By becoming a member of Tigers Roar Text Ad Exchange, you agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
