Our goal is to promote a happy culture in which those who have dogs ensure that while they are enjoying their own pet, that others all around can also enjoy their homes, work, shopping, or play. We most of all want to encourage dog owners to be fully responsible for their choice to have one or more dogs in such a way that no one is harmed by the barking of these wonderful animals. All too often, people’s lives have been adversely affected by the portion of dog owners who do not put in the time and effort to consistently work with their much loved pets to produce a happy animal and an equally happy community. This includes either getting a calm, not barky dog, or, if you have chosen a breed of dog that tends to bark, you specifically work over time to train that pattern out.

The Psychological Effect
Having a dog is a privilege and it should not harm others. Just as if you choose to smoke, you are now discouraged from doing so in a way that harms others who do not make that choice.
