All Natural Grass Fed Beef

Flying Cowgirl beef is produced from cattle that are free roaming and raised on grass. Antibiotics, hormones or animal by-products are never fed or given to our cattle.
Grass fed beef is more nutritious, with less saturated fat. It is leaner and healthier than beef that is fed grain to fatten up before slaughter.

“We believe that treating the land and the animals with respect
makes a difference to the future
and to the taste and healthiness of your beef.”

Try some of our beef, we think you’ll be very impressed!

We occasionally have really spectacular Tenderloin and Brisket cuts of meat, in both Angus and Longhorn....but we immediately sell out of these cuts. They are THAT good! If you are interested, please click here to send us an email and we'll add you to the customer wait list. When we're about to have these cuts in stock, we'll let you know before we even put them up in the General Store. You can let us know if we should ship them right to you, and we'll fly them to your doorstep...OK mostly Fed Ex will truck them to you! This is about the only way to get a taste of this wonderfully special cut of meat.
