Satisfaction Guarantee
At BizzyWeb, we guarantee every website we create for our clients. When we say we help our clients “Generate Buzz Without Getting Stung,” we mean it — you won’t get saddled with unforeseen fees, add-on services or anything else.
- Design – A web site design is not just about colors and images. BizzyWeb recognizes that a successfully designed site not only looks great, but also helps to convert site visitors into customers. We will work with you to incorporate your logo, slogan, and company colors into the site to insure the “look and feel” is to your satisfaction.
- On Budget – At BizzyWeb, the sales process is simple and straightforward. We will clearly explain what your chosen package entails and all upfront and ongoing costs. We encourage you to ask questions until you’re satisfied. If you opt for upgraded services or additional functionality in the future, we’ll provide you with a new quote detailing the new products or services.
- Search Engine Friendly – Our sites are developed to be SEO compliant and are 100% Google index-able. In addition to generating clean, keyword-rich URLs, the platform used for our products and services allow the custom or automatic creation of unique title tags, meta descriptions and keywords for each of your pages or posts to increase search engine visibility.
- Compatibility – BizzyWeb uses the most current standards or technology in the development its products to insure the delivered product will be compatible with the latest versions of Internet browser software including but not limited to Microsoft, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome browsers. Upon launch, BizzyWeb guarantees that all components will be tested and working on current browser versions.
- Technical – To insure that ongoing costs are minimal, maximum functionality is delivered, and site stability is maintained, BizzyWeb uses many different third-party tools & restricts some back-end access for clients. In the event that a third party provider (whose products have been installed by BizzyWeb) makes changes that negatively impact the functionality implemented by BizzyWeb, we will provide labor fix it free of charge for up to 60 days after the launch of your website. After this window has passed, normal support charges will be applied.
- Hosting – BizzyWeb will host your website or setup hosting with a third party on behalf of a client. All hosting solutions typically have a 99% uptime guarantee. If hosting is provided through BizzyWeb, we will provide support as detailed in a separate hosting agreement. If BizzyWeb sets up hosting on behalf of a client with another hosting provider, BizzyWeb will provide hosting support for up to 60 days after the site is launched, after which time normal support charges will be applied.
- Training / “How to” Guarantee – BizzyWeb provides a Go-Live Packet / User Manual and training as part of every website launch. BizzyWeb will continue to provide training and “How to” support for up to 30 days after the site is launched free of charge. After this window has passed, normal support charges will be applied. Free training sessions are provided most Wednesdays from 12-1 (CST) during our weekly “Buzz Builders” sessions, which can be accessed via the BizzyWeb homepage. Ongoing training and instruction will be provided through a “Buzz Builders Club” premium membership.
